CLEVELAND (AP) — Cleveland-born celebrity chef Michael Symon is expanding his B Spot burger chain to the food court at the Horseshoe Cleveland casino opening in May.
The casino announced Friday that B Spot will join the Corky & Lenny’s deli in the casino’s three-outlet food court designed to provide casual, quick-serve choices.
Symon is a Food Network “Iron Chef” winner and a co-host on ABC’s daytime TV program “The Chew.” B Spot, featuring burgers, bratwurst, bologna and beer, was founded in 2009 and has three current locations in Cleveland, including one inside the Cavalier’s home arena, and one in suburban Westlake.
The new outlet will create about 20 jobs.
The casino also plans a 400-seat buffet restaurant.
