BEREA (92.3 The Fan) – Cleveland Browns receiver Jordan Norwood signed his tender with the Browns the team announced Tuesday.

Norwood played in 14 games in 2011, including four starts, and registered career-highs with 23 receptions for 268 yards and one touchdown.

He was an exclusive rights player this offseason.

Norwood was originally signed by the Browns in 2009 as an undrafted free agent before being waived in December of that year.

He returned to the Browns in September of 2010 after spending 10 months with the Philadelphia Eagles.
