GREENSBURG, Ind. (CBS Cleveland) — A video has gone viral showing a young child singing an anti-gay song at church.
The video on YouTube shows a little boy singing, “I know that the Bible’s right, somebody’s wrong … ain’t no homo gonna make it to heaven.” The crowd then erupts into cheers, giving the boy a standing ovation.
The sermon reportedly took place at the Apostolic Tabernacle Church in Greensburg, Ind., led by Pastor Jeff Sangl.
“We are striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible, where there’s relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need,” the church’s website states. “In short, we’d like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one life at a time.”
CBS Cleveland has reached out to Pastor Sangl for comment.
This video comes on the heels of a North Carolina pastor calling for all the gays and lesbians to be put behind an electric fence to “die off.”
