It seems most folks around town are beginning to accept the Cavaliers’ choice of Dion Waiters at #4, and they’re realizing he may not have been a reach after all. Tony Zarrella, the sports director at 19 Action News, addressed Waiters’ “swag,” and that Byron Scott and the Cavs brass wanted a player like him.
