The NFL Network’s Albert Breer joined Bull & Fox to talk about the Cleveland Browns sale and what it means for the organization. He believes new owner Jimmy Haslam will use the 2012 season to evaluate those in the Browns staff and then will proceed to make changes from there. He also thinks Joe Banner could be a great fit for the Browns based on what he did with the Philadelphia Eagles.
