CLEVELAND (92.3 The Fan) – The struggling Indians are getting Travis Hafner back, as today he came off the paternity list after he and his wife celebrated the birth of their son.

Hafner’s wife, Amy, had an 8 pound baby boy Thursday, and the couple named it Trip John Hafner.

With Pronk back, the team has sent outfielder Vinny Rottino back to AAA Columbus.

Hanfer has re-joined the team in Detroit for tonight’s game. The 35-year-old is hitting .230 with 10 home runs and 29 RBI in 196 at-bats this season.
