If there was anyone who knew more about the move to Baltimore, Kevin Byrne is the guy. Kevin, the Ravens Senior VP of Public Relations and native Clevelander, and he was a part of both franchises. He visited Art Modell in the hospital, along with Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, just a few days ago.
