Gordon Ramsay’s MasterChef culinary cooking show is coming to Cleveland this fall in hopes of finding America’s next famous chef.
On October 27th, the FOX Network will hold an open casting call in the city in preparation for the series’ fourth season. It will mark the second year in a row where the series came to the Northcoast in search of talent. An exact location has not been set, nor a time. However, if you think you can handle the heat, you are encouraged to register via the MasterChef website.
All entrants must be 18 or older, a U.S. citizen, never worked as a professional chef or make income preparing food in a professional environment. The MasterChef website also offers the disclaimer that cities are subject to change at the producer’s discretion.
The entry process has a few hoops you must jump through. Producers request that your pre-register yourself for the audition, complete an application and bring a prepared dish for food judges. Entrants will be given a few minutes to plate your dish at the given casting location. There will not be at kitchen to cook or warm the food, so they suggest coming prepared.
For those who cannot be in attendance for the audition, you may submit a video through the MasterChef website. And if you cannot do that, you can send your application a video to:
