WJW/Fox 8 sports director John Telich called in to talk with the guys about whether he agrees with Kiley, that the Browns are improving, or if last year’s team under Colt is better, Booms’ viewpoint. John agreed with Kiley, mainly because of the vastly improved offense. He did say he wishes Weeeden wasn’t so careless with the football, and did agree with Booms that the coaching staff is too stubborn to change the offensive philosophy. John also talked about Terry Francona as the new Indians manager, and his unusual contract clause. John agreed it’s strange, but also didn’t think the Indians front office would hire someone like Francona, and says all fans should be excited.
