CLEVELAND (CBS Cleveland) — A video posted online shows a Cleveland bus driver throwing a vicious uppercut to a female passenger.

The video – posted by WorldstarHipHop – captures an unnamed woman yelling obscenities at the male bus driver. The two continue sparring verbally until the woman throws a punch at the driver.

That’s when the driver gets up from out of his seat, tells the woman that she is “going to jail,” and delivers a brutal uppercut that immediately knocks her down.

He then grabs her by the head and tries to throw her off the bus before she came back in and went after him.

Passengers finally break the two up when one yells: “That’s a female.”

“I don’t care,” the bus driver says. “She want to be a man, I’m going to treat you like a man.”

According to WJW-TV, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority is conducting an investigation.

“We also saw the video,” RTA spokeswoman Mary Shaffer told the station. “Upon review, the driver was removed from duty and suspended. We are investigating.”

No charges have yet been filed against either the bus driver or the woman.
