Taylor, Massaquoi Return; Rubin, Patterson Remain Out For Browns
CLEVELAND (92.3 The Fan) - The Cleveland Browns will have 2 players return to the lineup after an extended absence Sunday afternoon against the Baltimore Ravens.
Defensive lineman Phil Taylor and receiver Mohamed Massaquoi are back. Taylor is active and will make his 2012 debut while Massaquoi returns after missing 5 games with a hamstring injury.
Taylor is expected to start while Massaquoi will come off the bench.
Rookie receiver Josh Gordon will remain in the starting lineup while Josh Cooper is inactive with the return of Massaquoi.
Defensive tackle Ahtyba Rubin will miss his 3rd game, 2nd straight, with a calf injury.
Cornerback Dimitri Patterson will miss his 4th straight after sustaining a sprained left ankle Oct. 7 at New York.
Running back Brandon Jackson is inactive for the 7th time this season while safety Tashaun Gipson is inactive for the 5th straight game due to a knee injury.
Fullback Owen Marecic and offensive lineman Jarrod Shaw are also inactive for the Browns. Marecic is a healthy scratch as Pat Shurmur opted for Alex Smith at fullback for the second straight week.
Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata is active and will play despite missing practice Thursday and Friday.
