CLEVELAND (92.3 The Fan) – Already faced with the news they will be without rookie Tyler Zeller, the Cavs will not have the services of center Anderson Varejao for the Warriors game.

The team put out a release stating that Varejao was moved to the Inactive List due to soreness in his right knee.

The Cavs say that the soreness is a result of a bruise on his right knee that he got during the first quarter of the game against the Clippers on Monday night.

Varejao is receiving treatment and the team says his status will be updated as appropriate.
