Coach Sam Rutigliano came on the air this morning and had plenty to say regarding the Browns close 23-20 loss in overtime against the Cowboys. Coach said the same was a tale of two halfs, with Dallas amassing only 46 total yards in the first half and down 13-0. In the second half, Coach pointed out the Cowboys knew what their strength and the Browns weakness was: the Dallas receivers vs. the Browns DBs, and exploited this. Coach said despite all that, the Browns had a chance to win, but did not make plays in the crunch time, which is related to the team’s culture of losing that has festered in Cleveland over the past several years.
