Happen to miss the show this morning? If you did, well, don’t let it happen again. Here’s a taste of what was discussed.

22 – More details about the tragic case of Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher keep emerging. The latest one that Kiley and Booms were discussing is that Belcher owned eight guns and joked about them the night before the incident. Chuck blamed this problem as a cultural issue, with rappers and movies glorifying the gun culture.

43 – Booms had been blaming the core of the Jovan Belcher incident on rap culture in the African-American community. This led to discussion of rapper DMX and opened up the phone lines to debate the issue with Kiley and Booms.

06 – Fox 8’s John Telich called in talk about the Indians activity during the MLB Winter Meetings and previews the Browns-Chiefs game..

24 – It’s Game Plan Wednesday, brought to you by HJacks Plumbing and Heating, and Kiley and Booms broke down what the Browns have to do to win against the Raiders.

43 – Dave Workman from the Second Amendment Foundation and editor of The Gun Mag called in to talk about Jovan Belcher’s murder-suicide over the weekend. As a former NRA board member, Dave admitted to owning a gun, but maintained “it’s no one’s business, especially the government’s” as to how many guns he owns. Kiley and Booms asked Dave if, given Belcher’s history and mental condition, should there be restrictions on to who should own a firearm.
