The winds of change are roaring like a hurricane in Berea. According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer, both Browns head coach Pat Shurmur and general manager Tom Heckert have entered their final 48 hours as employees of the team. The two may be informed about their dismissals as soon as the conclusion of Cleveland’s game against the Steelers in Pittsburgh today.

Once the two have been let go, the Browns are expected to begin interviewing for both positions this week.
