Coach Sam Rutigliano came on the air this morning to talk with Les and Chuck about the state of the Browns and the fate of head coach Pat Shurmur. Sam talked about what it was like when he was fired as an NFL head coach. Sam talked about the Browns impending search for a new head coach, and named several candidates he likes for the job. Despite who Haslam and Banner decide on, coach Sam said the team has to get a coach who can get the job done. Coach said they need a candiadate that has experience, but more importantly, proven experience as a head coach.
