HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) — The attorney for a veteran Little League baseball administrator in southwest Ohio says the man denies child pornography allegations.
Forty-nine-year-old Roger Fox was indicted last month on 14 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. Butler County Judge Patricia Oney on Monday set bond at $8,000 and barred Fox from having a computer in his possession.
The JournalNews of Hamilton reports that defense attorney Lawrence Hawkins says Fox denies all allegations and maintains his innocence. The attorney also says there are no allegations of improper contact with children.
Fox’s youth baseball duties as district administrator involved setting up tournaments and other administrative tasks. He is due back in court Jan. 28.
