Radio host for WIP in Philadelphia, Glen Macnow, called in to commiserate with Kiley and Booms about Chip Kelly spurning both the Browns and Glen’s Eagles last weekend. Glen called Chip Kelly a “flirter,” saying he enjoyed being courted by NFL teams, but always knew he would head back to Oregon. Glen spoke about Joe Banner and his time with the Philadelphia Eagles, and provided some insight having covered Banner while he was with the Eagles. Glen agreed with Kiley that Banner and Jimmy Haslam’s time out in Arizona was a flop, as the team sits without their first three choices at head coach. Glen talked about the similarities between the Browns and Eagles, beyond the fact they both have vacancies at the head coaching position.
