WJW/Fox 8 sports director John Telich called in as he does every Wednesday to talk with Kiley and Booms. Today the guy’s talked about the Browns new defensive coordinator, Ray Horton. Kiley and Booms had been throwing around the idea that Horton possibly was overlooked for NFL head coaching jobs in which he applied for this offseason due to his cornrow hair style. John called it merely an expression of “who you are” and said in this day and age it is very difficult for African-American candidates to get a head coaching job in the NFL. John said he liked what he heard from Horton in the press conference, and commented on the team’s personnel, as Horton plans to implement a 3-4 defense. John wrapped up today’s conversation by commenting on the Cavs and Kyrie Irving and Dion Waiters.
