9:45 - Alan Cottrill, a sculptor who works in bronze, called in from Pennsylvania to talk about one of his most recent statues: a monument of Woody Hayes on Ohio State’s campus. Alan talked about the pressure to get the likeness right in his subjects, and said Woody Hayes was one of his easiest to do because he felt a connection to Hayes.
