WJW/Fox 8 sports director John Telich called in as he does every Wednesday to talk with Kiley and Booms. Today is the one-year anniversary of the Chardon shooting, and John remembered where he was the morning of the shooting. John talked about the Chardon community and how they recovered from such a tragedy. John then shifted to sports, and talked about the Cavs win against the Bulls last night, without Kyrie Irving. John complimented Dion Waiters and Luke Walton and Shaun Livingston, who called ‘heady, crafty’ players, and that Walton has a basketball IQ off the charts. John also talked about Trent Richardson’s comments on Brandon Weeden and Terry Francona’s early managing of the Indians and the Tribe’s pitching.
