Happen to miss the show this morning? If you did, well, don’t let it happen again. Here’s a taste of what was discussed.
6:05 – Stanford beat Oregon for the second straight year, throwing a wrench in the Ducks title-game hopes. Kiley and Booms discussed what this loss means to Ohio State’s National Championship dreams, or whether their weak schedule will keep them behind a one-loss team from the PAC-12 or the SEC.
7:44 – Booms and Goat B squared off again in the Kiley and Booms Idiot Pop Quiz. This week’s quiz was about Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones classic, The Fugitive.
8:23 – Week 10 of the NFL is here and that means it’s time for Chucky’s Keys to the Game on Kiley & Booms. Here’s who Kiley and Booms picked for this weekend’s slate of games.
9:23 – Co-founder of outsports.com, Cyd Zeigler, our west coast NFL gay prognosticator, called in from his home in Hollywood to argue with the guys about the BCS and his Stanford Cardinal leapfrogging the Ohio State Buckeyes, which Chuck thought was impossible. Booms stuck up for the Buckeyes in the debate against Cyd and Kiley. Cyd also commented on the Richie Incognito/Jonathan Martin ‘bullying’ story and whether or not this is a conspiracy by the NFL to ready the league for gay players to emerge in the NFL. Cyd scoffed at the theory, but then shared an idea of his own: what if Richie Incognito is gay? Of course, Cyd also gave his picks for the NFL for week 10.
Cyd: DET, NO, ATL
9:43 – And it’s Friday, and of course that means it’s the best of the week with “In Case You Missed It.”
