PARMA, Ohio (CBS Cleveland) – The City of Cleveland installed some red light traffic cameras but mistakenly put one up in the City of Parma.
Red light traffic cameras are illegal in Parma.
According to WEWS-TV, Parma has an ordinance that only calls for photo enforcement in school zones.
“It appears this was a mistake and have been informed that it will be removed by the City of Cleveland,” a representative from Parma City Hall told the station.
Parma’s Safety Director reported that no residents were cited because the cameras were not working properly.
