Tony Zarrella, the sports director at 19 Action News and host of Tailgate 19, came on the air this morning to talk with the guys about the Indians being swept by the San Francisco Giants over the weekend and how the team is struggling to score runs in the first month of the season. Cleanup hitter Carlos Santana is batting .122 on the season, and the guys discussed the possibility of sending him down to AAA to get his swing back. Tony said the Indians are streaky to begin with, but they do have glaring holes that need to be filled. Tony also talked about the team sending Carlos Carrasco to the bullpen and bringing Trevor Bauer back up to replace him. Tony also weighed in on the Donald Sterling controversy, and talked a little about the Browns plans for the NFL draft.
