Cleveland Cavaliers 2016 Preseason Schedule Unveiled

CLEVELAND (92.3 The Fan) – The Cleveland Cavaliers’ path to defending their 2015-2016 NBA Championship will begin with six preseason games, the team announced on Wednesday morning.

Three of the exhibition matchups will take place at Quicken Loans Arena.

Cleveland will also take part in preseason contests in Atlanta, Chicago and Columbus.

The slate of exhibition games will begin on Wednesday, October 5 at home vs. the Orlando Magic.

The Cavaliers’ final preseason game will take place on October 18 against the Washington Wizards at Value City Arena at
The Jerome Schottenstein Center in Columbus.

Five of the six matchups will air on Fox Sports Ohio.

Cleveland’s Oct. 13 contest against the Raptors will be broadcast on TNT.

Here is the Cavs’ entire preseason schedule:

 

Oct. 5:  vs. ORL – 7:00 PM – Quicken Loans Arena
Oct. 8:  vs. PHI – 7:30 PM – Quicken Loans Arena
Oct. 10:  at ATL – TBD – Philips Arena
Oct. 13:  vs. TOR – 8:00 PM – Quicken Loans Arena
Oct. 14:  at CHI – 8:00 PM – United Center
Oct. 18:  vs. WAS – 7:00 PM – Value City Arena- Columbus, OH
