North Royalton, OH (92.3 The Fan) – Cleveland Browns offensive lineman Alvin Bailey was granted a continuance in relation to charges he faces in North Royalton. A spokesperson for North Royalton Mayor’s Court said that Bailey will now have a court hearing on Thursday, October 6th at 9 a.m.

Bailey was arrested early Monday morning and faces a handful of charges, including O.V.I., as he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.145. Other charges Bailey is facing include possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse.
Browns head coach Hue Jackson has yet to say if Bailey will play this Sunday at Washington and the offensive lineman is expected to face discipline from the NFL.
