Cavs Open Preseason Tonight Against The Orlando Magic

Cleveland, OHIO – The Cavs take the court against another opponents for the first time inside of Quicken Loans Arena tonight since winning the NBA Championship this past June and ending over 50 years of sports misery near the lake.

The Cavs have a plan in place for tonights preseason opener and it involves playing LeBron James and Kevin Love.

Head Coach Tyronn Lue stated in his pre game press conference that James will play roughly 12-13 minutes tonight. Love will play around 15 minutes tonight. Kyrie Irving won’t play in tonight preseason opener.

Lue earlier this week said the team wanted to manager Irving due to the “wear and tear” his body took over the last year of basketball.

Tristan Thompson will not play tonight as well. Chris Anderson will start in his place.

Some eyes will be looking for rookie Kay Felder whom Lue said will play with the primarily the second team this evening.

Cavs and Magic tip off tonight at 7p!
