Frank Isola’s report in the New York Daily News on Monday night claimed that LeBron James is pushing for Carmelo Anthony to come to Cleveland, even if that means the Cavs give up Kevin Love.
However – James claims that all the information in the article is false.
“I saw it and heard about it,” James said. “It’s trash. And the guy who wrote about it is trash, too.”
“For writing about it. Especially during the game like that … that’s just outisde noise for us.”

Kevin Love backed it up, paying no attention to the trade winds swirling before the all-star break.
Cavaliers’ head coach Tyronn Lue also said the Love is staying put in Cleveland.
Kevin Love is an all-star this season for the first time in the Eastern Conference, while Carmelo Anthony won’t be going to All-Star Weekend for the first time since 2008-2009.
The 2017 NBA trade deadline is Thursday, February 23rd at 3 pm.
