Report: Terrelle Pryor Leaves Washington Visit Without Deal

Editors note: Pryor has since signed with Washington for 1 year and up to $8 million. That story is HERE.

CLEVELAND (92.3 The Fan) – Terrelle Pryor’s visit with the Washington Redskins ended without him receiving a contract.

Pryor visited with Washington Thursday but left Friday with no deal according to Master Tesfatsion of the Washington Post.

Pryor led the Browns in receptions [77], receiving yardage [1,007], and receiving touchdowns [4] in his first full season at the position following a transition from quarterback.

The Browns had been trying to re-sign Pryor leading up to the start of free agency Thursday but his agents Jason and Drew Rosenhaus wanted Pryor to hit the open market.

On Thursday the Browns signed veteran receiver Kenny Britt to a 4-year, $32.5 million deal. Britt, now entering his ninth NFL season, caught 66 passes for 1,002 yards and 5 touchdowns in 2016 for the Rams.

Pryor played the last few weeks of the season with torn ligaments in his right middle finger and underwent surgery in early January following the season.
