Former Browns head coach Sam Rutigliano joined Baskin & Phelps Monday to discuss rookie DeShone Kizer being named the starting QB for the Browns, suggestions for how play callers can put Kizer in the best situation to succeed, looks at the wide receivers and if they can be good enough, and being very proud to accept the “Our Lady of the Wayside’s 13th Annual Starlight Guardian Humanitarian Award”
