Nick Wilson Experiment

Weekdays 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM

What can be said about Nick Wilson that hasn’t already been written in bathroom stalls from here to Chicago? For starters, Nick is a graduate of Woodridge High School in Peninsula, Ohio and attended BGSU for 3 years in the early aughts. Teachers at both schools recognized early that he had the talent for radio, often remarking that he was, “too smart to be screwing around like this.”

The host of the Nick Wilson Experiment broke into radio in his hometown of Akron in 2007 before furthering his various skills in Lansing, Ohio for a year.

In 2011, Nick came back home to work for 92.3 The Fan which accomplished his dream of talking his childhood favorite Indians, Browns and Cavaliers. At the Fan, he has done work as an anchor, producer and reporter before finally finding his calling as host of the Nick Wilson Experiment.

Outside of work, his hobbies are watching more sports and writing autobiographical columns in the third person. (Oh, video games and beer too.) NBA, NHL, MLB and college and pro football are just some of Nick’s favorites. He usually enjoys these much to the chagrin of his wife Vanessa and their 3 young daughters. The Wilson family resides in the Village of Lodi. Yes, where the outlet malls are.
