It’s a holiday tradition that goes back as far as to when cameras were first invented…the yearly photos with Santa for children and pets.  Even though it’s crunch time and only eight days remain until Christmas, there are still events and places to get that precious picture of your children and pets taken that will be a keepsake for years to come, plus a special garden where you can take a family portrait as well as have lots of holiday fun.

Dec. 19 and Sunday, Dec. 20 2015.  A photographer will be available to take photos of the children with Santa Claus (price of photo is included in fee). The Berea Animal Shelter will be sponsoring “Pet Photos With Santa” on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fairview Park PETCO.  The cost is $10.00 and all proceeds will go to the shelter.

Through Jan. 3, 2016, you can celebrate the holidays with your family by attending “Glow” at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. Open Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday & Friday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6 p.m.  This is the fourth year for “Glow,” and it is quickly becoming a family tradition.
