Pho is a Vietnamese soup typically made with rice noodles and a rich beef broth. Variations include additions of different types of noodles, broth and/or meats, and Cleveland has no shortage of great options. The pho from these Cleveland Vietnamese restaurants will make you second guess that you haven’t been suddenly transported to Vietnam.

Situated on popular East 4th Street, Saigon’s higher prices are due to both the more upscale setting and the high-quality food. Everything on the menu screams authentic, so don’t write it off as another pretentious, tasteless restaurant. Stop in for lunch when the prices are less expensive and get one of the salads with crushed peanuts and cilantro to accompany the pho, which comes in a large bowl with a very bold taste.
