CLEVELAND (92.3 The Fan) – The Cleveland Cavaliers announced their summer league roster Tuesday.

Dion Waiters, Tyler Zeller and second round draft pick Carrick Felix are among 11 players headed to Las Vegas.

The Cavaliers’ 2 first round selections – No. 1 overall pick Anthony Bennett and Sergey Karasev, who was taken No. 19 overall, are not on the roster. Karasev is playing this summer in Russia and Bennett is still rehabbing from shoulder surgery.

Forward Justin Harper, who was drafted by Cleveland (No. 32 overall in 2011) and traded to the Magic, will also represent the wine and gold.

Matthew Dellavedova, Josh Heytvelt, Kevin Jones, Kenny Kadji, Jermaine Taylor, and Chris Quinn, who enters his 6th year, round out the roster that also includes a total of 4 rookies, 4 first-year players and 2 second year players.

The summer league will be held from July 12-22 and the Cavaliers will play 3 games before being seeded in the first ever summer league tournament.
