In this edition of Cleveland Connection, Dave talks with Jill Barber from Southwest General about a helpful seminar that is FREE and offered to the entire community.

Many of you have signed up for or are wanting to sign up for insurance at Healthcare.gov – the health insurance exchange better known as “Obamacare” – but there are so many questions that need to be answered. That’s where Southwest General comes to assist.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 1 – that’s when the free Health Care Reform seminar will be held at Southwest General’s Bagley Road campus.

Southwest General will offer community members an interactive event on Health Care Reform and Ohio’s Health Care Exchange, where participants may join us for an educational session to learn more about what the Health Care Exchange is, how to enroll, how to see if you qualify for reduced premium costs and more.

Time is running out! The month of March is extremely important for those considering coverage through the exchange as open enrollment ends Monday, March 31, 2014. After that, most people will have to wait until 2015 for coverage, and also could incur tax penalties for non-coverage for 2014.

Exchange counselors and representatives from the areas participating insurance companies will be present to answer specific plan questions and even help attendees enroll. Light refreshments will be provided. The seminar is FREE, and open to the public, but please R.S.V.P. as space is limited. Participants who R.S.V.P., will be entered for a chance to win one of several prizes including gift certificates and an iPad Mini (must be present to win).

RSVP to 440-816-6779. This event is FREE!
