Fraser Seitel, Personal Relations Consultant says the window is closing on Johnny Manziel’s NFL window and he’s running out of time. He feels that only performance matters and if you don’t produce in the NFL, nobody will take notice. Fraser thinks a good idea for Johnny Manziel might be to clear the air with the team and the public and then focus on the field and prove he belongs.

Fraser says that nobody in Cleveland or elsewhere cares about the actions of a QB or an owner as long as the team wins. He looks at some successful teams around sports and stressed the team aspect and how you never win with just one player, and focusing on the team aspect is the way to go, not focusing on a superstar. Fraser explains that the foundation must be built before the topper, and if the topper comes first, you limit the likelihood of success.
