Happen to miss the show this morning? If you did, well, don’t let it happen again. Here’s a taste of what was discussed.
04-LeSean McCoy is throwing a very special party on Sunday where only women are invited, he gets to approve which female applicants can attend, and the girls will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Kiley & Carman discuss why any females would want to attend this event and what the expectations of the event should be.
06-Braxton Miller has officially announced that he will be transitioning from QB to WR for the upcoming season. Kiley & Carman discuss how obvious of a move this seemed to be and that while he was decorated as a QB, his future certainly at the next level, is not at the QB position and this is another big boost to an already strong Buckeye offense. They also discuss the job Urban Meyer has done with this decision and overall with the program.
25- Steve Popper of the Bergen Record feels that JR Smith is actually a good guy, but too many people don’t know him and just pay attention to the reputation he’s been given. He says that Smith is actually very well-liked by his teammates. He dives into the Phil Jackson comments about Jr Smith and doesn’t think he said anything new or revealing and that his gut tells him that JR Smith will end up with the Cavaliers for another season.
46-Cardale Jones responded to a fan on Twitter who told him to only talk about football. Kiley & Carman discuss the usage of twitter by athletes, how Cardale Jones has used it this time and in the past, and the trouble it can get players in to.
04- Bill Rabinowitz of the Columbus Dispatch feels the reports of Braxton moving to WR is a bit premature and that the door to him being a QB isn’t closed yet, depending on the health of his shoulder. He also chats about the social media policy at Ohio State and that he and many others took zero issue with how Cardale Jones handled himself and an out-of-line fan on Twitter yesterday.
