Spooky Ranch offers five Halloween attractions for one low price and three admission packages to choose from. Attractions include “Extreme Nightmares Haunted House,” “The Haunted Barn,” “The Famous Haunted Hayride,” “Crazy Clowns in 3-D Haunted House” and “Funny Fun House.” Spooky Ranch has been one of the area’s top Halloween attractions for 22 years. The only attraction not recommended for young children younger than 10 is the Extreme Nightmares Haunted House.

HalloWeekends at Cedar Point offers visitors 10 haunted houses to choose from. Other family friendly activities include a parade during the day, special seasonal entertainment and fun Halloween decorations. Halloween Hayrides at Lake Metroparks Farmpark offers fun for the entire family. Sit back and enjoy a narrated hayride along paths filled with kid-friendly thrills and chills. Boo at the Zoo offers a wide array of Halloween activities geared toward younger children. The Not-So-Haunted Greenhouse gives safe scares to the little ones and gets them into the Halloween spirit. Kids won’t want to miss all the fun, including the hay maze, the Monster Mash Dance Party, the Creepy Crawly Critter Animal Show and the Jack-O-Lantern Express Train Ride. All of this is included with the price of admission. Best of all, each child who attends Boo at the Zoo will receive a complimentary gift bag.
Trick or Treat Street

Trick or Treat Street is tailored for kids ages 10 and younger. Children may wear their Halloween costume and trick-or-treat their way through 12 themed candy stations. After that, take a stroll through the 3D Mystery Manor and ride amusement park rides with the family. A costume character stage will be set up where kids may meet Garfield Oct. 20 and 21, and meet Funshine Bear Oct. 27 and 28.
