Located on the West Bank of the Flats, Shooters on the Water is perhaps one of Cleveland’s most iconic bars. Frequented by lots of single Clevelanders, the establishment’s expansive outdoor bar and deck, which overlooks the scenic Cuyahoga River, is one of the most popular places for singles to mingle during the warmer months of the year. Live DJs spin everything from top 40 hits to dance music, and the facility sometimes hosts themed parties several times throughout the year. Shooters on the Water is open Sunday through Saturday, 11:30 to 2:30 a.m.

Touch Supper Club

Touch Supper Club is well known for its eclectic, playful atmosphere, well-equipped sound system and cozy lounge area, which is frequented by singles of all ages and backgrounds. Friends often join Touch for dinner, which includes entrees like rib eye with Danish blue cheese, salmon osso bucco, lamb bolognese and ricotta gnocchi, and stay late into the night for live and DJ’d music and the chance to mingle with other singles from throughout the area. Lighter fare like burgers and sandwiches are also offered for dinner. Touch Supper Club is open Tuesday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

D’Vine Wine Bar’s convenient downtown Cleveland location makes it an ideal stop for singles from both the east and west sides of the city. Here, the crowd is laid back as friends old and new alike enjoy more than 60 wines by the glass and more than 150 wines by the bottle. Of course, no wine would be complete without a generous offering of light tapas. D’Vine Wine Bar’s tapas menu features indulgent items like imported cheese and salumi plates, beet salad, peach and prosciutto pizza, baked brie with toasted almonds, lobster macaroni and cheese, and Ohio City ravioli.
