This popular event returns for the third year. Beer lovers love getting together for this once a year event for a chance to taste and sample over 275 beers from the US and around the world. It’s an event that allows not only vendors to promote their latest and greatest new creations, but allows drinkers to find a new favorite. Tickets, if bought in advance are $40 each with designated drivers being $20 only. Designated drivers receive a voucher for $5 off food and soft drink purchases. Vendors urge attenders to take advantage of the event’s hotel/admission package. This allows drinkers to enjoy the event without worrying about how to get home, and keeps the roadways safe. The event features not only hundreds of crafted beer and vendors but also some wonderful food trucks like Fired Up.

The tattoo community will come together in January to bring Cleveland the First Annual Cleveland Tattoo Arts Expo. In a way, tattoo artists have become this century’s Van Goghs or Picassos. Enjoy a weekend of ink demonstrations and live appearances from the winners from Ink Masters, such as Jason Clay Dunn and Joey Hamilton. Also, meet Alli Baker from Best Ink or Amy Nicoletto from LA Ink. See the newest and latest in tattoo art and maybe leave with an appointment and idea for your first or next piece of skin art. This event is “expo heaven” for those that are true comic book collectors. Collectors swarm to this convention when looking for the rarest of the rare comic books brought to the convention by hundreds of dealers from all over the world. Special guests have not been released yet, but they will be as exciting as last year, which included Jonathan Franks from “Star Trek The New Generation”, Ashley Gold from”Hardcore Pawn” and Michael Zapcic and Ming Chen from “Comic Book Men.” The full schedule that will include special speakers, vendors and special appearances will be posted the first of the year.

The Cleveland Home & Remodeling Expo is one of the most popular expos in the area. Learn everything you need to know about making your home unique with many demonstrations for those that love to do projects such as tiling, gardening, caulking, etc. If you’re not one that loves to do it yourself, then visit over 600 vendors ready and willing to discuss their talents and abilities to make your house a home to be proud of.
